Directions
- Cleanse brows and pat dry.
- Apply petroleum jelly to the surrounding skin, avoiding the brow hairs.
- Mix a pea-sized amount of color cream and developer solution on the mixing tray.
- Apply the mixture evenly to the brows with the brow wand.
- Leave on for 5 minutes for a light tint, 10 minutes for a medium tint, or 15 minutes for a dark tint.
- Wipe off with a damp cotton pad and rinse with water.
