Directions

• Remove the paper backing from the adhesive strip and press the sticky side of the pad onto your underwear.
• If the pad has wings, remove their paper backing, fold the wings around the sides of your underwear and press them firmly to the underside.
• Change the pad regularly, usually every 3-4 hours or more often if your flow is heavy.
