Directions

• Identify the left and right insoles using the markings on the bottom.
• Place the insoles into your shoes with the fabric side facing up.
• If needed, trim the insoles with sharp scissors by following the instructions printed on the bottom of each insole; do not cut them too small.
• Replace the insoles when they become worn thin.
