Directions

• Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet and turn on the controller.
• Select the heat setting using the controller; the LED indicator shows low heat in green or high heat in red.
• Wrap the massager around your feet and calves and secure it with the Velcro straps.
• Select a massage mode and intensity using the controller.
• Use for up to 20 minutes, then unplug the power cord and detach the controller.
• Allow the massager to cool completely before storing or washing it.
