A: We ship all orders within the UK using Royal Mail for reliable delivery.

A: Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom!

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a Royal Mail tracking ID. You can track your order on the Royal Mail Tracking Page  or you can  Track it Here, if desired.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for items that are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags and packaging. Certain items, such as opened water bottles, yoga mats, and gift cards are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: To initiate a return, please contact us through the chatbot on our website or email us at contact@brightechcommerce.co.uk . Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions and a free pre-paid shipping label (for eligible returns).

A: Yes, return shipping is free for eligible returns within the UK. This applies to items that are unworn, unused, and not damaged due to customer misuse.

Q: What if my item is damaged or faulty?
A: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving your returned item. Once processed, refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
