Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At Brightech Commerce, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

To return an item/s, customers must initiate a return request. You can start this process by contacting us through the chatbot on our website or by sending an email to contact@brightechcommerce.co.uk.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email containing all necessary return details, including a PDF return shipping label for you to download and print.

We provide free return shipping for eligible items, as long as they are returned in unworn, unused condition and are not damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or you received the wrong product. In such instances, we will first attempt to send a replacement.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund approval.We strive to process all returns within 7 days of receiving them at our warehouse. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method and should reflect in your account within 10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you opt for store credit, we will provide you with a gift card for the refund amount immediately.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure the refund has not been processed.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary before the refund appears in your account.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping

Before returning any item, customers must complete a return authorization request. Once approved, return details will be sent via email.

For eligible returns (unworn, unused, and undamaged by the customer), we provide a free prepaid shipping label, which will be included as a PDF attachment in the return confirmation email for you to download and print.

Important: If a returned item is found to be damaged due to customer misuse or negligence, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. If this applies, we will inform you during the refund process.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For added security, we recommend using a tracked return service and obtaining proof of postage when sending back your item.
