Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch.

4. Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 0 to 1 working day. The total delivery time, including handling and shipping, is 4 to 7 working days. However, delays may occur due to location, weather conditions, or courier issues.

Delivery by Location:

  • United Kingdom: Delivered within 4 to 7 working days via Royal Mail (including handling time).

  • International Shipping: We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

6. Missing or Delayed Shipments

Lost or Delayed Orders:
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.

For shipments confirmed as lost, we offer either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
